Great staff. Very business orientated, understanding, and gracious staff. They run a tight ship. Staffs customer relations and service is good. They are more laid back than any other Storage Unit out there but they keep the place clean, and the rules and regulations are reasonable. The manager Robert goes to extreme lengths to make sure you are taken care of and your possessions are kept safe. This place has a very family like feeling there.

I've been storing my stuff at Ferndale storage for a few months now and the people there have been so nice. Annie has been very clear about rentals keeping me informed. And the property manager Joyce has been amazing to me. She helps me switch from a 10 by 15 to a 5 by 10 saving me around 50 bucks. They have really great deals.
