Everyone here is so helpful! They walked me through everything, defined the terms very clearly, and made sure I understood my responsibilities. A note: you have to carry insurance on your space, which is $14.00 per month. They gave me a packet with everything I signed, plus the gate code and business cards. Best part of all? They were the only storage business open on Sunday in the Mt. Vernon area, which was when I found out I needed it. On top of all that, they had a discount for 50% for the first two months!! The property is clean and neat, with no trash anywhere. I can't recommend them enough. It's like renting from family. Rosemary was very understanding and her staff is just as friendly and warm! Six stars!!!

The property manager, Rosemary, was so nice! We got to ride in a golf cart when my partner and I wanted to check out some of the units which made things very convenient. Rosemary was very informative and made the process extremely easy. We were in and had a storage unit within minutes! I'd give 10 stars if I could! I definitely reccomend this starage facility!

I had the unfortunate experience of having to live in a van for a few months in 2020, and having access to a storage space made it much more tolerable. Jonathan was super helpful in communicating the hours of operation and the basic rules and regulations. My unit was quite tall and I was able to fit everything I needed into it, and it even had an A/C power outlet so I could plug my generator in to charge it when necessary. This also enabled me to utilize my vacuum and save my quarters. When I was able to find more stable housing I was due a small refund, and Jonathan again was exceptionally helpful in making sure that got squared away quick and easy. Overall my experience was very positive and I am thankful for the facility and the staff.
