We moved out of New Mexico over 6 years ago. When we needed to store our personal items we shopped around for a clean, friendly and safe place. We knew we were not close by to keep an eye on our things. The staff at Ventana Ranch were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and made it easy for me to move in and later to downsize my unit. Melissa, Mike and Isabel were always so good at reminding me about my payment and being helpful with everything. I am so glad that I chose Ventana Ranch. I tell you what if I am ever in the area I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend you use this storage if you want peace and no worry about your valuables.

In the past, we had our things stored at another storage place. Our experience was a nightmare so we were skeptical, but the man who helped us when we first got to VRSS was helpful and kind, so we decided to give them a try. He had incredible customer service skills! After storing our things for about 10 months, everything remained as we left it. We only had to give a short notice and sent an email to let them know we had moved out. It went smoothly and was easy. We therefore highly recommend VRSS.

Great place to rent and they have clean, safe, secure climate controlled facilities. Very nice people and will work with you on move in specials even have a truck you can borrow to move!

Clean facility, excellent customer service, they are efficient and effective

Our storage unit building is always clean. The staff is helpful and friendly.

I had my unit for about 3 years never an issue. Will definitely go back if I ever need additional storage space.

went by to see what they had available. Spoke with Mike. He was exceptionally helpful and went over pricing and took me around to different size units so I could better understand what I need. He mentioned that they have some move in specials from time to time and to just let him know when i was ready. I appreciate the information and that he was not pushy. It looked clean with a lot of cameras. Looking forward to using them.

This is a great place if you need storage. The units are a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for, and I had a great climate controlled unit with no issues at all (also good move in deals if available). Lots of cameras around the property, as well as inside the climate control building, needless to say, I had no worries leaving my belongings there. Also, Mike in the office was and is awesome. Super to easy to work with, and a good friendly attitude. I will most definitely use this storage facility again should I need to store my belongings again.
