Fantastic place !!!!! I’m not sure how to spell your name, but … thank you, Mikaela for ALL your time answering my questions on phone, and also showing me a couple of different units !!! Your interest in helping me is palpable, and I appreciate all your suggestions … and most of all your friendliness. Also … in addition, outside of my great experience with you, your facilities are very clean and feels great !!! Thank you, thank you, thank YOU !!!

I like how secure and safe and well maintained the facility is, I haven’t personally had the chance to interact with the staff but that’s only cuz I haven’t needed to, which is always a good sign, we rent a large unit and everyone seems courteous and mindful of unintentionally blocking my unit with their car but it’s never an issue at all, everyone seems to mind their business, I like seeing the cameras everywhere, which really a major deterrent for the bad guys, cuz I haven’t yet to witness any suspicious ppl or behavior anywhere in the facility, the only strange thing that happened couple of times now which has nothing to do with the facility or staff was some naughty kids from the apartment complex side (see picture) throwing rocks at my car and the garage units, small rocks but still, I was annoyed but there wasn’t much I could do about it since it’s kids being kids I’m sure, so they hit and run, and I’m not about to go chasing them, unless of course it becomes a problem or they cause damage, and again this has nothing to do with cottonwood Cool storage, just thought I’d mention it in case someone experiencing the same thing and it becomes something that needs addressing in the future, so all and all, if you’re looking for storage and safety, security, maintenance and convenience are important to you then look no further pal/gal..as I rarely write reviews whether bad or good unless is well Deserved and I feel like it truly reflects the business, having rented here for over a year now, I can say for certain that I highly recommend this facility, and you can take that straight to the bank! I just rented this unit so I will need some time before I can give an honest review of the facilities. The reception from Mahalia was honest, friendly, informative and helpful. I pray that the rental price per month remains where it currently is or decreases. I like the amenities of locked gate access, location is central and convenient, the cameras show activity throughput the day and night. Lighting after dark is important for me, too. It reminds me of my storage unit I rented in another State last year. However, it was 1/2 the cost of this unit...at that time. Sign of the times...as "they" say! Or not!! Blessings to all who read this review. Never give up faith, belief and determination! Hold steadfast to your desires for yourself, first. If you don't take care of yourself then you certainly aren't able to care for anyone else, either...be and stay safe, always....in all ways!
