I really like this place. It's quiet and there isn't a bunch of people there at one time that someone would be bumping into while you try to do things with your storage. I think the price is a great value. The cheapest I've found. Lisa is awesome. She's friendly and really helpful if you get in a tight spot financially. The other staff are just as wonderful. I upgraded my unit and she put me in another unit that was exactly what I asked for in regards to location and other things. Just a nice place.

Booking my storage unit on their website was cool, I even received a discount (1st Month 50% off)! Then a quick visit into the Lakewood location to square up worked out easy-peasy. I like that the Office Manager remembered me from being a customer 14 years ago. Once I got my moving crew together and a truck reserved--getting into my unit was no problem. I'm happy that the unit was clean & perfect size for my belongings!!!

Amazing place, always works with me on my payments if I'm ever in need of help with in reason/reasonable help on my bill due to any financial situations I may run into from time to time. I've been here more or less six months with nothing but great amazing service and customer service is on point !! Employees are ALWAYS there with a LEGIT & GENUINE Smile on every one of there faces every time I'm there. Not one negative thing I can honestly say about the place . 5/5 stars ! I have never bothered to post a review before, but my experience at Safe Store Self Storage warranted a review! The Manager, Lisa was nothing but kind, helpful, and honest- qualities that you truly look for in an establishment when housing your belongings. Lisa worked with me in deciding the right size unit I would need and was honest about having to inspect a possible water leak in the unit I was most interested in. When my 11 month old stared to whine and become antsy, Lisa redirected her focus to these amazing rocks she paints and even gave my child 5 of them to keep! I have never witness such an awesome business owner and person in general and will gladly do business with Lisa at Safe Store Self Storage. I genuinely recommend using this establishment!
