DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They have issues constantly with their payments and will take out multiple payments, I LOST A HUGE CLIENT because I was unable to access my storage because of a gate code mistake on their end. It is impossible to reach staff to make a payment then they will charge you late fees for it, I was unwilling to do auto pay because of the double payment issues. They lied and didn't take me off auto pay when they said the were and took out more unauthorized payments and refused to refund the payment when I was moved out. Erin is reasonable but the rest of the staff is rude and ignorant. They take your $ after you write a bad review and to get it back they tell you to change your review. They will lie to you!!! When I first signed up to use their storage I told them I sometimes work late staging houses and would need late access and they said that wouldn't be a problem and that's the ONLY reason I used them. I was absolutely not able to get late access and found out the hard way when I showed up just 3 min after 10 with a fully loaded truck all the way from key center and had to drive it all the way back unload it all just to do it all over again! To add to all of that there's LOTS of bugs and mostly spiders, when I was moving out my things there were spider eggs in a bunch of my furniture ?

Had reserved a spot to store our RV. I had to extend the reservation and Erin was super flexible with this. However, did have a bit of a hiccup when we arrived with our trailer. Office had closed early without notice and we weren’t sure what to do since we had only reserved a spot and still needed to complete rental agreement. However, I was able to email Erin and she responded right away and was able to help us secure a spot over the phone. Staff and fellow renters we have met are friendly. There are cameras monitoring the lots and gate codes required to get in and out. Best prices. Staff seem super laid back and flexible.

I showed up with my new travel trailer at closing time on a Saturday to do leasing paperwork. Erin was very patient and stayed an extra 30-60 minutes to allow me to complete all the paperwork. Very impressed with the customer service she provided!
