In general, I don't do reviews, but this is one I can feel good about. Foremost, the whole staff is great, but Ramon is a true rock star of customer service. If you need to engage a storage locker, call there, talk to him, or one of the other staff people. I had an unexpected & very hurried need for a storage locker recently & went to Magnolia Bridge Storage because I've worked with them a few times in the past. They've always done right by me as a customer, & Ramon even remembered me from the last time I had a storage locker with them, welcoming me as a repeat customer in an almost family-like way. We toured a few units, chose one, & did all the paperwork in a fast & efficient manner. I was even able to start moving things into my storage unit on the same day. Overall, working with the team at Magnolia Bridge has been a consistently good experience every time I've needed extra storage for the last 10+ years & I will always look to them first if I'm in Seattle. Their staff is a really excellent group of people & they have their act together, which helps me keep my own act in order. I highly recommend working with them if you need extra storage space, short or long term.

Ramon is a gem - I have been to Magnolia Bridge Self Storage a number of times for a Penske truck rental, and he is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I choose to rent trucks here over other (sometimes cheaper) options because Ramon makes it such an easy and pleasant experience. When I have storage needs I'll be bringing them here.

Excellent clean, secure, heated self-storage facility. A personal security code is required for entry and staff are on-site every minute that it's open, tracking who comes in and out. They have cameras to observe all floors. I felt safe there, even when completely alone on the floor where our unit was located. The only disadvantage is that, because it's only open when staff are on-site, the facility is not open late into the evenings, and is closed some holidays. This wasn't a problem for us, but might be for people who have less flexibility in their schedules. Otherwise highly recommended!
