Metro is one of the best storage facilities in the Seattle area from my experience. I've had some bad experiences at a few, particularly Public, which I'll not go back to. But Metro has been good. It may not be the cheapest but you'll get great service from friendly, competent staff. The facility is clean and doesn't smell (like some other places do). The location is also great if you're in N. Seattle, right on LCW. It almost feels like a hidden gem.

Best storage facility I've ever worked with! Over the years both me and my son have rented units at Metro Heated Storage and we can't say enough about our experience. In addition to a great location, the facility offers convenient accessibility via a covered garage. It's clean, bug-free, freight dollies are always available, and security protocols are top-notch. Free rental of the moving truck has been a real bonus (a time and money saver for sure) and the freight elevators are sizable. We were able to move a 6' high by 8' long by 2' wide shelving unit whole and unassembled (and into the truck too). The staff is awesome. Tommy is always responsive and professional and the new manager, Scott, has been great to work with.

Metro Heated Storage is a great option for parking/storage and takes care of its loyal customers. Very clean and secure facility. I kept my vehicle there for 7 months inside their heated garage. I didn’t have to worry about weather damage, animals, and all of my belongings were in the exact condition I had left them. The facility has security cameras, great staff and management. Metro Heated Storage was able to help accommodate my needs when I checked my vehicle out and I am very grateful for this. I highly recommend this company for long-term parking or storage as they are reliable, friendly, and exemplify integrity. Thank you tremendously Metro Heated Storage!

I had a great experience renting here. The staff is friendly and the building is secure and climate controlled. Each locker has it's own independent alarm as well. They have good hours so access was a breeze (it is not 24 hr). They have a big loading dock that can easily fit big trucks. There are plenty of big flat carts to use as well. They also have a 17' truck available for rent. You get one free use of the truck your first month of renting as well. They also sell moving supplies at a decent price in the lobby.
