had an amazing experience with Crystal and Dee during my super stressful move at the end of sept. I’ve already had a unit with them for over a year and was needing a second for the rest of my things. Both ladies were super helpful and very sweet even driving me out to the second unit to show me. They even gave me their contact info saying if i ever needed anything to call. I really felt the compassion and care they gave during a time i really needed it! definitely recommend 10/10 if you’re needing storage! i should’ve written this review sooner but have been super busy. I really enjoyed how awesome I was treated when I arrived needing a storage. Everything was clearly explained and I didn't feel as tho I was in the wrong place and didn't feel dreged to rent with Enumclaw plateau. I felt very comfortable knowing how secure the place is with cameras and knowing the owner also has cameras at her residence keeping an eye on everything is an extra. The heated storages is another plus . Like all of us our personal belongings is something that no one wants stolen, or destroyed, and when cold weather arrives our belongings are safe from the cold elements. I have had in the past stolen items and items ruined bcuz of mice, so knowing that critters are also Takoma care of i.e. they don't end up getting in and making a nest with the bedding or ruining belongs with their dropping. I'm very well pleased that I chose Enumclaw Plateau for keeping my belongings safe. This is a place I will recommend to anyone who needs a storage and wants safety.

It’s very convenient because the unit is inside and I like that. The ladies that assisted me or the best. All my questions were answered and was satisfied with my choice. I highly recommend Plateau storage.

I have been with this storage unit for over 2 years now. And I have nothing but great things to say. The staff, the facility and the professionalism is really great. To start, Crystal and D are attentive, communicate clearly, and personable. I really love going in to talk to either one because I know my.questions and concerns will be properly addressed. The facility is heated and clean. The security is top notch and never malfunctioning. The professionalism is great because the staff are knowledgeable and willing to help every customer with a compassion and zeal I don't see everywhere these days. I am a really happy customer and will continue to be forever. Thanks guys!!!

I can't say enough on how amazing she is! We have rented 2 storage units and she has gone out of her way to help, to instruct, and to be kind. Very hard to find this type of person these days. I would use them again just because of Crystal and recommend them to anyone just because of her. Keep up the great work and keep being you!

Most importantly, the staff are phenomenal—approachable, pleasant, and responsive. Crystal and Dee are very nice ladies, always ready to provide the best customer experience. In short, they treat their tenants with respect and gratitude for choosing Enumclaw Plateau Heated Storage for their storage needs. Yesterday, I needed an additional unit. Within 15 minutes I had the unit rented. Better yet: the first month is free and as a long-term customer, I received a free lock. Great location. Great facilities. Great people. I want to give a HUGE THANKS TO CRYSTAL, her Dad and the management here. She stopped the potential theft of my custom chopper and cared enough to stay until after 10 pm with her family to make sure I was ok when my bike wouldn’t start. People don’t do this anymore, but I am grateful they did. I hope you guys realize what a jewel you have in Crystal.

My things stay dry and clean, the access is great and there's plenty of security and an individually coded access gate. Great place.
