Staff was amazing. They made the process super easy and when I had problems paying on the app they were able to fix things up. It's super secure and a good layout. I only used it a few months in between moves but I would go back if I need storage again.

If you call to schedule and the phone is answered by the Corp operator, they will move your reservation to one of the corporate stores. We prefer to support the small business over the big corporation. We simply called back and re-routed our reservation back here.

I've rented many storage places and I have to say Clock Tower Self Storage in Lake Stevens has been one of my best experiences. Not only are the storage and grounds very secure, clean and easy to access, but the Manager and Staff are great! They have continually worked with me to arrange Rental Trucks and keep me advised to availability of different storage spaces and rates as my need develop. My mom recently rented a unit here. They're very clean, well lit and there's room for vehicles here. As secure as any good self storage place. What I liked best is the automatic lighting inside each unit. Very thoughtful and nice touch. I'd definitely rent a unit here if I lived closer to the area. I feel pretty comfortable about my elderly mothers' belongings being here and her coming here on her own

Heather was great to work with. She was quick on the phone, professional, proficient, kind, and relatable. She worked with me to rent a storage unit much better for my needs and wants than originally planned that fit my budget! Highly recommended. The facility is nice, alarmed units, heated to 50°F, nice carts provided. I will say the hill driveway would be too steep for me to walk up, and as a disabled but mobile person. I do have a car, but if I didn't, that would require me get a ride there. I wouldn't be able to make the walk up from the nearest bus station. Thanks Heather!

Heather was awesome, and got the space I wanted and had fun chatting with her, would def recommend this place. I really like how locked down this place is, need to key in password going in and out, even the elevator! The elevator only goes to your assigned floor as well. It's very clean and love hrs of access 5-11.
