While fighting the stress of searching for a new home, I found myself in need of storing my belongings temporarily in storage. Previously, I had rented a unit from Storage on 4th so I thought I might return for another round of business. One of the reasons I returned is due to the quality of the facilities. They are clean, secure, and simple to access. Also, they seem to be one of the larger storage providers around so they had a decent amount of choices to accommodate my own needs. Although I returned because of my expectation of a quality product, I was happily surprised with the even better quality of service I received. Jordan Moa helped me throughout the entire process from reserving a unit at the beginning of March, to securing the agreement on moving day, to finally exploring for a 2nd unit when I realized I needed a bit more space. Throughout the process, he was super helpful with looking at different sized units to figure out which I would need. All the while, maintaining a friendly & professional demeanor. You can tell that Jordan cares about the quality of his own work and helping others is in his nature. Give this man a raise! :) My overall experience with the product and service at Storage on 4th has me convinced that I will be a customer for as long as I'm in the Renton area.

Jeremiah Adams gave exceptional customer service!!! Admittedly losing the unit keys Jeremiah seamlessly helped out to resolve replacing and renewing my keys and as witness to seeing him bust out the old lock which was ‘no’ easy feat he was calm and capable and did it in no time. Extremely grateful for the understanding and positive attitude it made moving my things a breeze. I absolutely feel my items are in good hands and in a very secure place.
