Thank you Justin for your great customer service! I rented a Penske truck from this location for a very stressful move. He made the rental and check in process so smoothly it was one less thing I had to worry about. He was very patient with all my 'what if this happens' kind of questioning and was kind enough to re-position the truck for me so I could easily get out. Highly recommend, most likely will come back for storage in the future!

Good price, good location without any hype. It can be kind of annoying that you can only get to your unit before 6 on a weeknight so take that into consideration as you look around. All-in-all, a decent place. My experience was hit-or-miss in terms of customer service, really nice and well-meaning, but subject to paperwork errors that ended up charging me. They always reversed the charges without much hassle, though.
